In order to provide a more personalized shopping experience, we collect from you certain identifying information, including your name, email address, credit card information, address, phone number, web username and a password. This information is used solely to provide you with excellent customer service, as well as to keep you updated on the status of your order. Information will not be given to any third party except as necessary to complete your order.

You may receive regular updates from Baehrfeet.com should you elect to do so, and from which you can be removed at any time. Any contact information provided is stored in a secure database and is not shared with outside parties. Baehrfeet.com will collect certain non-identifying information in order to better manage our site and continuously improve your shopping experience. This information (including link usage and page history) will be used to provide updates to Baehrfeet.com and not shared with third parties.
All Baehrfeet.com purchases are guaranteed to be free from defects or damages. Any unused, mis-shipments or damaged items may be returned to:

Returns will be accepted within 14 days of delivery date as long as product shows no sign of wear and all original packaging is intact. Returns are ONLY accepted if the shoes are returned in a box or poly bag. Please DO NOT tape the return label to the shoe boxes, as this will cause damages, which you will be charged for. Due to the seasonality of our inventory, all sale items must be returned within 5 business days of order delivery to you. Note, Final Sale Items cannot be returned or exchanged. The product must also be in new condition, with no signs of wear or damage and all the original packaging must be intact. Jewelry and handbags are final sale.
Baehr Feet is not responsible for return shipping. We do however offer free return shipping if the item is exchanged. Due to seasonality, if we no longer have the size for which you wish to exchange, the item is then treated as a regular return and we are not responsible for return shipping charges. Please remember we are a small business and cannot afford to offer free shipping like some very large businesses do. We do not charge tax if you are out of state (South Carolina), so we hope that will cover the difference in your purchase.
For ease, you may email (firstname.lastname@example.org) or call us (864-597-0633) for a return shipping label to be sent to you and we will deduct the cost from your return. There is a $10 charge for Shoes and a $15 charge for Boots.
Please note- Outbound shipping charges are not refunded when making a return. If you do not provide the full deliverable address required for the carrier to deliver the package, and the package is returned, we will deduct the shipping from your return credit. If you want to have the item re-shipped, please understand we will have to charge you shipping again.
Online orders are processed Monday through Friday, 1-2 business days of order placement, unless indicated in the product description. Orders placed between 1 p.m. ET Friday through 11:59 p.m. ET Sunday will be processed the following Monday. On occasion, an order may be placed on hold. In that event, we will contact you within one business day to gather the information we need to expedite the order. If we attempt to contact you and do not receive a response after five business days, we reserve the right to cancel your order.
We accept American Express, Visa, MasterCard and PayPal. International customers must use a valid international credit card. If the credit card cannot be verified as belonging to the person placing the order, the order will not be processed.
Sales tax will be charged when applicable for South Carolina residents only.
